The center of Tahiche is organised like an enclosure delimited by the buildings which closes in itself, and from whose interior two differentiated geometries stand out, one to locate the main program, and other to develop the general accommodation. The boundary of the enclosure by means of a continuous building, in which the areas of the program have been organized peripherally, allows having the maximum usable space to the interior with the minimum of “wall close” to define the edge, which contributes to reduce the hardness of the whole.

The complex is oriented towards the south to find the sun in the center of this open space, and in turn, to allow the disposition of the blocks of rooms entirely oriented toward the south and the main views.

In this courtyard are located the outdoor areas and sports track. The circulation is always external, to take advantage of the favourable climate and to avoid closed spaces.
