The building is distributed to four principal elements: three of them form a U-formed scheme, placing a closing element at the northern part of the parcel which permits to arrange the façade´s plan towards the green area and establish the access of the complex. The arrangement of elements optimizes the necessary exposure of sunlight on the dwellings and free areas.

This layout favors a housing program with double orientation that breeds an effective development of sustainable solutions. The resulting interior space defines ambits o public use where gardening results to be the decisive factor: As main idea the protected green spaces unfold a work of xerogardening that guarantees the viability and the maintenance of the vegetated systems.
