Site management of a building with 28 dwellings, garages and swimming pool in Madrid. The programme is developed with dwellings for 1 or 2 people in the majority, with continuous spaces joining living room and kitchen, and in some cases also the bedroom. These are homes for rent, intended for users destined for Madrid on a temporary basis. The ground floor has areas for shared use that extend to the inner part of the plot, where the swimming pool is located. The original project proposed a very decisive construction solution, with exposed concrete façades and bay windows forming projecting boxes to give the façade greater volume. Some of these solutions had to be modified due to technical or regulatory requirements, while preserving the identity of the original project.
