78 social housing units developed according to prefabricated units of integral formwork. The complex is determined by two formworks: one for housing and one for vertical communication cores, which allows completing necessary housing units.

The topography of the plot require a topographical adaptation of the building and a final distribution of the site: There are two implantation points with a height difference of 2,50m which minimizes the proposal´s visual impact and guarantee a good use of the site and the two projected open spaces.

There is a double orientation housing scheme, arranging two blocks of houses according to a generic east-west orientation. The overall image is defined thanks to an open façade system with elements of sun protection based on exterior slides of louvers.
