99 Social Housing Units

Three blocks of dwellings arranged according to a generic east-west orientation. The program has been distributed in five levels and a particular penthouse solution. This arrangement of elements optimizes the demanded exposure of sunlight and the profit of the parcel. Special attention has been paid to the solution for the interfaces of green areas and the general development of the design with its boundaries, overlaying the geometric solution with the arrangement of xerogardening structures.

The constructive system of the applied integral formwork economizes the general installation solution and guarantees the execution of interior distribution of the elements obtaining high quality solutions with reasonable costs thanks to the standardization of constructive processes.
