04-AJ House

We start with an existing house built in the seventies and demolish everything inside it, leaving just the structure. We then convert this space to meet the needs of our client.

The project aims to increase the amount of natural daylight so that we added skylights to the roof and increased the openings in the façade thereby linking the ground floor with the garden that surrounds it, the intention being to bring a closer relationship between the interior and exterior.

The interior layout is minimal, especially on the ground floor which provides well lit, wide open spaces.
