Botín Foundation Annex

The retail space that shares access with the Botín Foundation is proposed to support it and it is resolved with a minimum intervention that provides a place of culture and work. It is conceived as a continuation of the Foundation project that also prioritizes open space.

The space is organized around a book exhibition and reading area with a continuous bookshelf, armchairs furniture and low tables for book consulting. Along the façade there are individual consultation tables and a group table which can be used as a meeting room with a capacity for twelve people.
