It is one of the 5 buildings to be reformed in Hispania competition. We proposed the renovation of the access, facade, main lobby and the communication areas.

In order to streamline the exterior appearance and to endow an unitary image to the building, a second homogeneous dark skin covers the facade, the voids are excavated in a massive piece. The first floor recessed in position, it´s wrapped with mirror to pretend the top three floors float.

The access claims attention from the whole, a group of metallic porticos downsize gradually and guides the user through the interior space which is iliminated by a wide light-shaft, a green wall goes along the whole height from the first floor.
