It is one of the 5 buildings to be reformed in Hispania competition. Access from the street, common areas and toilets of ground floor will be improved.

A new access from the plaza is proposed by a staircase in line with the main facade of the building, perpendicular to the street. As a result, the relation between both spaces becames fluent and gains presence.

The patio is included in the main lobby when opened turns into an informal meeting place where you can receive visits. The lattices are eliminated on ground floor to connect the offices to this space. In order to provide breadth and depth to this space, we replace the translucent glasses for transparent ones, the rest area is now a claim from the outside.
