In this reform we are not just opening a window; the whole housing is opened to the Botanic Garden views. The treetops are the natural extension of the terrace, which is south orientated, and the rooftops of traditional Madrid are the backdrop for the west rooms.

We have unified rooms to create a public and polyvalent space that includes rest and work areas, and part of the kitchen that can be separated when is necessary. The bedrooms and service space are organized around this space.
