Former “Parador” of Villacastín

Villacastín, Segovia

The building was formerly the home of the Conde de Campo Alanje. It was inaugurated as a Parador de Turismo in 1961 and remained in use until the 1980s. It was then abandoned. Its state of conservation was uneven and it required structural work on the façades and roof, as well as on the overall installations, including the underground drainage.

The ground floor is dedicated to communal areas, while the upper floor is dedicated to bedrooms. From the ground floor, access is possible to the rear garden area, which connects to the rest of the plot.

The current owner intends to use it as a hotel for events and congresses, thus restoring the building’s original purpose while offering greater comfort and habitability in the new rooms and providing more versatile communal spaces for the new use, including a conference room, lounges, and a large dining room connected to the main outdoor area.
