We fit out a retail space as a kitchen-laboratory and training room. It is an empty space with a façade towards the street, which has been designed with a strong conditioning budget and deadlines.

The program includes an industrial kitchen that occupies the preferential space next to the façade, capturing the light from the street. a very open multifunctional space with configuration flexibility as the program requires, a small office area overlooking the central space, the storage and service rooms.
