Development a layout of the site to accommodate both the infrastructure and plots for 73 houses. The scheme is based on the local Development Plan Documents approved by the Junta de Andalucia, which allows the analysis of the different building types that could be considered here.

The general idea and criteria of the project was to start by amending the Development Plan Documents turning the apparent topographical disadvantages of the location, into an advantage. Therefore the housing is designed so that the main living areas face the far horizon and the bedrooms to the earth. In each case, the relationship between the architecture and the plot is analysed and the optimal use of energy is ensured.
