A library is a place to remain without any hustle, a place of vagrancy, while it is generally considered to be primarily a place of efficiency.

The space of poetry should be the place to find a possibility, a displacement. Subtlety of reading cannot be achieved by mere material frequency of books.

Currently the key dates for library design are the amount of collected documents and the constructed area, which leads us within a conceptual logic to understand the library as a service. Nevertheless the design should provide the creation of meeting and expression areas. The library as an element of construction of liberties.
