Offices for Loustau Abogados

Our starting point is an already existing structure. The space for two homes converted into an office. Two storey plus a basement to play with. In the ground floor, an open plan office, opened to the surrounding garden. In the top floor, offices and meeting rooms. The height allows us to see over the surrounding buildings and look out to the sea. The basement, initially dark and damp, is opened to the outside with outdoor areaway which add value to its semi-underground nature, providing further work rooms, offices and a small kitchen with a utilities room.

The exterior inevitably respects the original shape, adding only an entrance that shows its more public nature.
