Restructure of the surrounding the railway

Competition to redesign the surrounding area of the Puerto Real station after the relaying of the railway track. The main objective is the creation of a new centralized Green Corridor or pathway, that links the newly developed urban area with the rest of the city, and so preventing it from becoming an isolated zone. This Green Corridor will be the natural direction for expansion of Puerto Real towards the North.

The proposal plays with the duality between city and its natural habitat, where the landscape itself has defined and determined the development and expansion of the city. A large park made up of a series of open spaces, helps to revitalize the identity of the city.
