It is one of the 5 buildings to be reformed in Hispania competition. The proposal is remodelling the access, the main lobby, ground floor stairs and toilets, and lobbies plant.

We modify the layout of the existing planters to organic forms winding up to the entrance and the way to the hotel. Bordering on the driveway a green wall works as a visual barrier. Supported on this wall, the access shelter remarks the entrance.

To create greater continuity with the exterior action, the vegetation turns on green carpet and the central corridor is cover with wood in the interior. The outer shelter reaches the reception desk generating a powerful directionality reflected in the lobby ceiling with wooden planks.
