The proposed solution opens gently its visual elements towards a distant horizon while protects itself from the hard orientations North and West. A system of courtyards and terraces optimizes the sunlighting of the complex by the South and East orientations.

A lineal element is organized in relationship with the public space, as well as an elevated residential area, which is physically protected by the circulation flows, without renouncing the horizon. A green tapestry suggests a clean geometry of blocks, letting the light go through its fissures, generating a place with special significance.
