Refurbishment of warehouse and office GA6


This is two projects in one. On the one hand, the renovation of two floors (ground floor and semi-basement) to convert them into offices and, on the other, the renovation of a warehouse in the courtyard to be used as a centre for alternative therapies. The two spaces are separated by a courtyard that allows circulation between them, as they belong to the same complex.

Access is from the entrance to the residential block; to the offices via a staircase leading to the entrance door and to the warehouse via the ramp leading to the entrance to the wellness area.

The offices overlook both facades (street and courtyard) and are divided into offices and meeting rooms on the upper floor and consultation rooms connected to the wellness area on the lower floor. The warehouse is divided into two open spaces for the different treatments, which are accessed from the communal areas of the building through a small reception area at the entrance to the warehouse.

The roof of this warehouse has been redesigned to provide better insulation, both acoustically and thermally, to the space.
